Jed Wunderli

Loan Officer

NMLS #325997

Jed Wunderli, a Certified Mortgage Planner, has been in the mortgage industry since 1995 and in the finance industry since 1991. Before his life in mortgages, he was Series 7 licensed with Fidelity Investments which, along with an accounting degree, gives him a deeper understanding of a client’s financial situation. Jed has worked for mortgage companies of all types and sizes from small mortgage brokers to one of the largest banks and everything in between.

At Noble Home Loans, Jed has found a company designed around the needs of the loan officer, which is to say a company that offers excellent rates, fantastic customer service and fast closings. Closing quickly is also a function of the fact that Jed is well versed in the various underwriting guidelines and knows how to package a loan showcasing the strengths of that loan and minimizing any weaknesses. Couple that with a good reputation and relationship with his processors and underwriters and things get done quickly.

In a time where guidelines are tight and people will tell you anything to get your business, you need an experienced loan officer who understands tax returns, guidelines and all facets of putting a loan together and has the integrity to deliver what he promises. You need Jed Wunderli at Noble Home Loans.
